On Friday I performed at the National Motorcycle Museum in Solihull for the students of Warwick University.
It was Gatsby themed, everyone put in so much effort and looked amazing!
There were 400 people there and so much was going on. A band was playing Jazz music, there were dancers, people were gambling on the roulette tables and me and some other close up magicians were working the room performing our amazing table magic in between courses.
I had so much fun especially reading the girls minds on table 15, they could not quite understand how it was at all possible and were begging to find out how, sorry girls but a magician never reveals her secrets. Needless to say they were left bewildered and we had a lot of fun.
The venue looked amazing and as performers we even had a green room provided, I felt very special indeed! Hopefully I will be back next year :)
Usually its quite lonely being a close up magician as you often work alone. This event was great because I got to work with two very talented table magicians, Noel Qualter from Surrey and Ashley Turner (aka the Trixta) from Northampton. This meant I could get some pics of me doing my thing which doesn’t happen often, here they are to feast your eyes on.
